GO NUTS! started as a creative way to solve a family dilemma: feeding five hungry boys!  When we would have salad they wanted a chef salad with CHEESE, BOILED EGGS, and MEATS for protein.  They wanted flavor but did not like salad dressing.  

That is where my love of nuts became a creative solution.  By taking raw almond slices and baking them with savory seasonings they are now a mainstay for our meals.  I am easily able to keep this essential salad building block on hand.  The added flavor of the seasoned nuts means I do not desire as much dressing.
